As El Pinoy Care Services, a Registered NDIS provider and home care specialist, we received a desperate plea from a local nursing home in need of additional staff to tend to their residents. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we rose to the occasion.

Within a matter of months, El Pinoy Care Services had expanded its reach to three nursing homes, significantly impacting our community and providing employment opportunities for numerous healthcare professionals.

As the pandemic gradually receded, we recognized the need to formalize our staffing endeavors, leading to the establishment of El Pinoy Staffing as a distinct entity within our burgeoning enterprise. Yet, our commitment to our founding principles—care, compassion, and community—remained steadfast.
